Environmental Impact

We track our energy consumption in order to raise awareness about what we take for granted. The maximum amount of CO2 a person should produce to halt the climate change is about 5.400g. Currently, the EU citizen produces 24.000g on average. Keeping this in mind, our methods gradually work to improve this situation.

Based on local research, we can see how much CO2 the particular plant fix in the soil. We consider both the input (consumption) and the output (recovery) of our produce. And seek to find a balance to benefit our ecosystem.

To prevent any waste or loss of resources, we carefully monitor how much water is used for each particular vegetable. By tracking the amount of energy used to produce each vegetable, issues can be easily identified, contained and resolved.
